According to The Hill, the judge overseeing former President Trump’s criminal case in New York City has set the next in-person hearing for Dec. 4, roughly two months before the official start of the 2024 Republican presidential primary calendar.

Trump denies all wrongdoing and his lawyers have said they’ll fight to get the charges dropped.

The Daily Mail report, Trump’s net worth took a substantial hit, dropping by a staggering $700 million since last year, largely due to the failure of his social media platform, Truth Social. Forbes’ analysis revealed that Trump’s wealth has decreased from $3.2 billion to $2.5 billion, just before his arraignment. Heavy promotion of his platform Truth Social is to blame for $550 million of the overall loss.

Donald Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, made a controversial comparison between the former U.S. President and Tupac Shakur during an appearance on The Benny Show, reports XXL Mag. The discussion centered on whether Trump would have his mugshot taken after turning himself in to face criminal charges.

When asked about the possibility of a mugshot, Habba replied that police wouldn’t need one as Trump is the most famous man in the world. Host Benny Johnson then suggested that a mugshot of Trump would make him even more famous, like Tupac Shakur. Habba responded by jokingly claiming that Trump is Tupac.

“Donald Trump is Tupac. Donald Trump’s Biggie Smalls, he’s better than Tupac. I’m East Coast, so I love Biggie,” she stated. “Donald Trump is his own brand. He is everything. This is just gonna boost him, we’ve seen it in the polls. It’s not a question, it’s a fact.”

However, Shakur’s sister Set Shakur has since denounced the inappropriate comparison. Reportedly, she told TMZ she found Habba’s remarks “blasphemous.”

“My brother was measured by his integrity, his principles and personal and collective responsibility,” she reportedly said.
