Teddy Riley Supports Trump: ‘He Released My Brother From Prison’

Teddy Riley fired back at the onslaught of online criticism directed at him for publicly endorsing the disgraced ex-President Donald Trump, reports Hip Hop DX.

Taking to Instagram on Friday (June 10), the influential figure in the realm of New Jack Swing appeared to align himself with Trump, offering support in the wake of the former president’s vehement denial regarding his recent federal indictment.

“I AM AN INNOCENT MAN. THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION IS TOTALLY CORRUPT,” wrote Trump alongside a video. “THIS ELECTION INTERFERENCE & A CONTINUATION OF THE GREATEST WITCH HUNT OF ALL TIME. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

In response to the post, Teddy Riley took to the comments section, delivering a several strong arm emojis to assert his stance.

Per The Shade Room, Riley expressed gratitude towards Trump for facilitating the release of his brother Lou Hobbs, who was serving a double life sentence. The Harlem native credited the 46th President of the United States with teaching him “how to be a free man of this country.” “[Trump] can do something amazing for us, because he did it for Africa while he was in office.”

Riley maintained that everyone has their own beliefs, and this is solely his belief.
