Run-DMC delivered a dynamic and unforgettable final show at Yankee Stadium’s Hip Hop 50 concert in New York over the weekend, reports HipHopDX.

Headlining the event orchestrated by Mass Appeal to honor Hip Hop’s 50th Anniversary, iconic rap duo Joseph ‘Rev. Run’ Simmons and Darryl ‘DMC’ McDaniels took the stage.

Their performance on August 11 showcased a medley of timeless hits including ‘It’s Like That,’ ‘Sucker MC’s,’ ‘It’s Tricky,’ ‘Walk This Way,’ and ‘My Adidas.’

The essence of each track was heightened by the precision of late DJ Jason ‘Jam Master Jay‘ Mizell’s iconic turntable scratches, a poignant tribute to his legacy.

As the show concluded, the legendary Run-DMC logo illuminated the screen along with the message ‘JMJ 4EVER,’ a heartfelt salute to the pioneering DJ.
