In a recent development in the ongoing Young Thug/YSL RICO trial, a potential juror, identified as Juror 1004, was sentenced to three days in jail for filming the court proceedings.

According to XXL Mag, his incident occurred at the Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta, Georgia, where the woman was apparently caught violating the instructions given by Chief Judge Ural Glanville last month. As a result, she was handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom.

The juror is accused of live-streaming the March 17 proceedings. She claimed to have only recorded a video and quickly deleted it. The woman allegedly told Judge Glanville that deputies confiscated her cell phone and found the video clip in her “recently deleted” folder.

Further stating she was a first-time juror she added that she was unaware of the prohibition on filming inside the courtroom.

However, the judge didn’t accept her plea and responded, “I went through a very long and arduous process of telling people what they could and could not do and you violated that.”

From there, to the juror’s surprise, she was placed in handcuffs and taken away by deputies as the 14 defendants and their attorneys looked on.
