A Japanese man, known as Toco online, fulfilled his desire of “becoming an animal” by investing over $14,000 in a specially designed collie costume, reports the NY Post.

With a substantial following of more than 32,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, Toco shared videos of himself frolicking on a lawn, rolling on the floor, and playing fetch while wearing the unique outfit.

In a remarkable public debut, Toco ventured out in his dog persona, attracting awe from onlookers as he confidently strolled down a busy street. The viral clip has garnered an impressive 1.7 million views, showcasing the fascinating journey of Toco’s transformation into man’s best friend.

“Do you remember your dreams from when you are little? You want to be a hero or a wizard,” he wrote in the clip, describing his life-dog dog dream as seemingly “unrealistic.”

“I remember writing in my grade school graduation book that I wanted to be a dog and walk outside.

In a captivating video shared last year, Toco revealed his extraordinary passion for transforming into animals—admitting he always “had a vague dream of becoming an animal” since his early years.

Confessing that he rarely shares this aspect of his identity with friends, he fears being judged. Even his family and colleagues seemed taken aback when they discovered his unique passion.

“I rarely tell my friends because I am afraid, they will think I am weird,’ he said in a separate interview with the Mirror. “My friends and family seemed very surprised to learn I became an animal.”

“I don’t want my hobbies to be known, especially by the people I work with,” he told the Daily Mail.

“They think it’s weird that I want to be a dog. For the same reason why, I can’t show my real face.”
