Charlamagne sent ripples through the Hip Hop media and podcasting world by shedding light on the immense influence held by Gillie Da Kid and Wallo267 in the culture. According to Hip Hop DX, the news came during a recent episode of Gillie and Wallo’s highly popular podcast, Million Dollaz Worth of Game, where Charlamagne and DJ Envy discussed Complex’s Hip Hop Media Ranking, which placed the duo at fourth position.

Despite their ranking, Charlamagne, who was placed at No.3, pointed out that the list fails to capture their true value, as they have even turned down highly profitable offers. “Gillie and Wallo are the highest-paid Black podcasters in the game,” he exclaimed, as Gillie humorously whistled Bobby McFerrin’s “Don’t Worry.”

Charlamagne remained tight-lipped about the financial status of the podcasters. However, he did mention that the dynamic duo behind the podcast is thriving and doing “very well.”

According to Hot New Hip Hop, Gillie and Wallo have been known to generate extensive conversations with their insightful, yet controversial content. It’s no secret that stirring up controversy is often rewarded in the industry.

One instance of this is when they received backlash for allowing J. Prince to criticize Offset during their interview with him. Although some may have disagreed with their decision, the episode garnered significant attention online.

Moreover, Wallo proudly declared that the dynamic duo owns all their creative works. Additionally, Gillie confirmed Charlamagne’s statement, stating they were getting offers like similar to that of “NBA contracts.”
